All our EU orders are shipped from the UK or TR and are usually shipped within the business day of order receipt.

International Orders (Non-Us or EU)
Most of our orders ship within the next business day after they are placed. Note that after each order is placed, we leave a 24-hour window before it is fulfilled in our warehouse. This is to allow for last-minute changes or order cancellations.
Shipping times vary slightly by courier and country of destination, and although the vast majority of orders are shipped much faster, fulfillment of orders can take up to 72 business hours after order is placed.
Please note that our warehouse staff do not ship any orders on weekends or public holidays.

We do not charge a Return Fee for faulty or defective products caused by us.

Write your order number on a small piece of paper. If you do not know your order number, Write your name and contact information on a small piece of paper.
Email support@toroscraft.com. A text describing your order number name, contact information and Why you want to return it.
-We will then send a shipping label to your email address for product return. It may take 1-3 days, depending on the workload.

We regret to inform you that the shipping fee will be deducted from the order amount for product returns.
